These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website pedroansio.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the contracting of web development, SEO, automation and technology consulting services offered by FAST HORIZONS S.L.

3. Services

FAST HORIZONS S.L. offers the following services:

• Website and application development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Landing page design and development
• Custom software development
• Business process automation

4. Contracting Process

Service contracting is done through direct contact via available channels (WhatsApp, email). Once the project scope is agreed:

• A fixed quote will be provided with no hidden costs
• First draft is delivered within 7 business days
• We iterate on the project until the desired result is achieved

5. Prices and Payment

Service prices will be communicated individually according to project needs. Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be made:

• 50% at project start
• 50% upon final delivery

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is completed, the client acquires ownership of the code and designs developed specifically for their project. FAST HORIZONS S.L. reserves the right to use the project as a reference in its portfolio, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

FAST HORIZONS S.L. shall not be liable for:

• Damages arising from improper use of delivered services
• Data loss not directly caused by FAST HORIZONS S.L. negligence
• SEO positioning results, which depend on multiple external factors

8. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of information exchanged during the commercial relationship, except with express authorization or legal requirement.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Sabadell (Barcelona).

10. Modifications

FAST HORIZONS S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Website.
